What to expect at your first visit

1) History + goals

We review symptoms and what’s limited right now (walking, stairs, sitting, sleep, lifting) and your main recovery goals.

2) Assessment & screening

We assess mobility, strength, balance, and task tolerance (when relevant) and explain what’s driving symptoms in clear language.

3) Plan + milestones

You leave with a staged plan and simple milestones (for example: walking tolerance, stairs pain, lifting comfort, sitting/driving tolerance).

4) Starter treatment + home plan

When appropriate, we begin gentle treatment and give a simple home plan focused on safe movement and symptom control.
