Dr. Takhmina Shermirzoeva is a Manual Osteopath (DOMP) with a strong medical foundation. She earned her Medical Doctor degree in Tajikistan and brings over 14 years of clinical experience as a physician and massage therapist.

She completed her osteopathic education in Canada through the National Academy of Osteopathy and the Canadian College of Holistic Health, where she obtained osteopathic manual practitioner training.

Dr. Shermirzoeva has expertise in musculoskeletal assessment, pain management, and rehabilitation, with a special focus on cervical and lumbar concerns, fascial restrictions, and stress-related tension. Using hands-on osteopathic techniques, she works with muscles, joints, fascia, and the nervous system to support the body’s natural ability to heal. Her care may help with back and neck pain, joint stiffness, postural imbalances, stress-related tension, and overall mobility.

She is passionate about helping patients better understand their bodies and maintain long-term health through improved movement, balance, and personalized self-care strategies.
